Is this customized to my personal situation?
No. This is a prebuilt, self-guided digital toolkit—not a custom report or consulting service. Every customer receives the same base files. You personalize the workbook with your own salary, childcare costs, commute, benefits, schedule options, and priorities. Morrow Mama does not review or receive the information you enter in the downloaded workbook.
Exactly which files will I receive?
The Edition 1.1 download is one ZIP containing four English-language files: a 3-page Start Here PDF; a 23-page Return-to-Work Guide & Scripts PDF; an editable Excel workbook (.xlsx) with eight worksheets—Start Here, Money Snapshot, Decision Scorecard, Care Comparison, Flex Proposal, 30-60-90 Plan, Partner Plan, and Resource Tracker; and a plain-text Copy-and-Paste Email Scripts file (.txt).
File formats and editing
Open the ZIP with the built-in unzip tool on your device. Read the PDFs with a modern PDF reader, edit the .xlsx workbook in Excel or another compatible spreadsheet app, and open the .txt email scripts in any text editor. Excel or Microsoft 365 provides the closest formatting match.
How delivery works
After a successful checkout, the download is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email used at checkout. Save that email. If it does not arrive, check spam and then contact Support with your order number.
Will I pay again when I sign in later?
No. The same product edition is a one-time purchase. Signing back into your customer account or reopening the delivery email does not create another charge. A future separately released edition may be sold as a different product, and any optional upgrade would be clearly labeled.
Digital product refund policy
Because access is delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally final once delivered. We will review duplicate charges, missing or unusable files, and any refund required by applicable law. Contact Support so we can fix access issues first.
